mental health awareness for young people ...

We offer a range of mental health workshops which can be delivered to young people in schools or other youth settings, providing an interactive and engaging experience.

Workshops are ideally suited to working with groups of young people, but can also be delivered to a whole year groups in school.  Sessions are mainly aimed at secondary age pupils, but we are currently developing workshops for younger children.

With 1 in 5 young people experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety and low confidence, and rising thresholds for support, we want to help young people to gain greater skills and understanding around mental health issues, as well as challenge stigma and break down the fears and misunderstandings surrounding mental illness, which can often prevent young people from seeking appropriate help.

Workshops are designed to start conversations, demystify mental illness and help young people to know how they can help themselves, build resilience - and get help if they need it!

Workshops currently available include:

  • mental health awareness

  • mental health and body image

  • increasing resilience

  • healthy relationships

We can also offer workshops on specific mental health issues, eg. self harm, eating disorders

If you would like to discuss your school or organisation’s particular needs, then please get in touch.

We do charge for delivery of our workshops, but as a social enterprise, we try and keep our costs as low as possible when working directly with young people.  As every school and organisation has different requirements, ranging from a one-off workshops to full PSHE day, we prefer to quote according to your needs.  Please Contact Us for more information.
